How many entries: the wheel stays easy to read up to about 50 names and shows names up to 200. The lotto machine holds up to 60 balls at once. Bigger lists work in both, and every entry keeps an equal chance.

How to pick a game

  1. Choose a list from Ready-made lists and press Load, or type your own games, one per line.
  2. Press Spin. Try Lotto balls for a bit more drama.
  3. Didn't like the answer? Press Remove this entry and spin again.

Spin your backlog

Paste the games you own but never started, then press Save list so it's there next time. Remove each one as you finish it and the wheel shrinks with your backlog.

Let your chat pick

Streamers can let viewers decide. Connect your channel in the Twitch chat tab and set the keyword to something like !game. Each viewer who types it adds their name, and the person picked chooses the next game. Or load a list of games and spin it live with the OBS overlay, using !spin from chat.

Questions

Can I add my own games?

Yes. Type or paste them in the Entries box, one per line, and press Save list to keep the list for next time.

Is the pick random?

Yes. The winner is picked with the browser's cryptographic random generator, the same kind used for passwords, using a method that gives every entry exactly the same chance. The animation is played afterwards to land on that winner, so it never decides the result.

Can I make a game more likely to come up?

Yes. Put it on more than one line. Each line is one slice with an equal chance.

Can my Twitch chat pick the game?

Yes. Connect your channel in the Twitch chat tab. Viewers who type the keyword are added to the wheel, and you or a mod can spin from chat with !spin.
